By downloading or using this application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the App. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

The App is provided to you by Rihlat Riasah, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the source code.
• Translate the App into other languages or create derivative works.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or intellectual property without prior written permission.

All intellectual property rights related to the App remain the property of Rihlat Riasah.

We aim to keep the App useful and reliable, but we may:

• Modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.
• Introduce optional paid features, with clear pricing information.
• Release updates you may need to install to continue using the App.

We cannot guarantee the App will always work on every device or iOS version.

To deliver core features, this App may request access to:

• Photo Library (Photos & Videos): Needed to let you browse and select images, photos, or wallpapers that you want to use as watch faces.
• Photo Library Additions: Needed to save wallpapers, live watch faces, or edited designs back into your photo library so they remain available for future use.

We only request permissions required for the App to function, and we do not use your data for any other purpose.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your device secure and updated.
• Avoiding actions like jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may affect security or functionality.
• Ensuring your device remains charged and connected to the internet.

If you use the App without Wi-Fi, your mobile provider’s charges (data usage, roaming, etc.) may apply. These costs are your responsibility.

While we work to keep the App accurate and up to date, Rihlat Riasah:

• Is not responsible for issues caused by lack of internet, device malfunctions, or low battery.
• Is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
• Relies on third-party tools for some features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• All rights granted to you will immediately end.
• You must stop using and delete the App from your device.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on this page and will take effect immediately once published. We encourage you to review the Terms regularly.
